Shannon Lewis is a queer healthcare strategist and former ICU nurse with over a decade of experience advancing access and innovation in the life sciences. A trusted partner in patient access, she is passionate about designing and implementing studies that prioritize diverse patient representation.
Shannon is the founder of Cap and Claw Press, an indie publishing company dedicated to elevating underrepresented voices through bold, genre-defying fiction. She lives in Huntsville, Alabama, with her wife and son and is an active member of Rocket City Pride.
At the intersection of research, clinical trials, patient advocacy, and storytelling, Shannon brings a deeply informed and unapologetically personal voice to conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion – both within and beyond healthcare.
